Wellness Wednesday – No Time For Breakfast? What To Eat


[Intro Music] What if I don’t have time to eat breakfast? Students tell me all the time that they don’t
have time for breakfast and that is entirely not true. You have to get to class somehow,
whether that is walking, riding your bike, or taking your car, so make sure you can take
something on your way to class. It doesn’t matter what it is, a piece of fruit, yogurt,
