  1. We are already at very low unemployment levels. Oddly enough, the lower it goes, the closer we come to an inevitable recession. Very low unemployment is one of the most reliable recession indicators I know of. At the very least it shows we are nearing the end the cycle because we won't be able to improve these numbers much further. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/UNRATE

  2. There's no way it was off by 75000 these people that get the sour puss look on her face god dammit he's got good numbers PMS LSD is invested in Doom and gloom just like the Democrats and the people are sick of

  3. Read the Guardian story about the Malaysian king's son taking hundreds of millions via his father who stole billions from his country. Why? Because the king and his insane wife were some of the first Trump guests to the white house after the election. The Najiib Razak story.

  4. I could tell you right now this guy's wrong there's plenty of jobs out there to carry us right into the election time the country's building like crazy they need more truck drivers and ever , the American trucking association predicts 200,000 more jobs it doesn't even know how many more guys are going to retire and the next year all the classes in the colleges with skilled trades classes are packed there's signs out everywhere for jobs good jobsyou're good at welding you could start at $100,000 a year, manufacturing jobs are coming back

  5. So you'd be happier if they were lower? Why do you hate Americans? Nothing will make MSM happy unless America burns. Disgusting. Americans first. Trump 2020

  6. I think I overheard an all-news cable news manager remark,
we can’t afford to hire many more female anchors and reporters, our hair dye
budget is already way over drawn, now that our on-air male talent have started
dying their hair too on a regular basis…as ‘appearance journalism’ has taken a
seat upfront on every news and information program we produce…

  7. Hey did anyone hear that a poll came out that showed only 17% of Americans benefited from Trump's tax cut while the majority of Americans agreed that he lied about his tax law. 🇺🇸 TRUMP 2020 🇺🇸

  10. Jobs added in June, the lunatic “that’s all because of ME” unemployment ticked up to 3.7 in June, the lunatic “Obama’s fault completely “

  11. Behold, hundreds of thousands of job openings, the economy's great again America!

I mean they're mostly low entry, minimum wage jobs spurred by a lack of workers in corporate expansionism of chain brands thus expediting the job numbers growth without actually introducing any actual long-term employment positions.

    You know…

    Retail and fast-food.

Meanwhile, looking forward to the next recession before the end of next year signaled by the inverted bond yield-curve and the mixture of low interest rates and low inflation. Just kidding, no one should be looking forward to that, seriously people need to prepare now, the question of how bad the next recession is going to be is going to be a bit harsh and the inept Trump admin isn't going to help. It's not looking to be as bad as the 2007-2009 crash, but it's looking to be bad.

  12. I dont care how many jobs they added," when a person can work only 1 job at a time unless your working part time then 2 just to pay bills. Stagnated wages keep the POOR more poor, but I'm sure that works great for the government because they get more taxes! 😥 we are already paying for the rich man's tax cut," and to say we are not is a bald face lie😲

  13. The trade war is a scam trumped up by dictator tRuMp, and only when he gets free fireworks is he bending these hippocrital self serving rules. He is lying about everything?

  14. This MUST be Obama's success ! Couldn't be Trump ! Everything is a lie ! We need to go back to the Obama numbers. Obama said our jobs would not be coming back… ever… Hillary did too. I guess Orange Man actually has… a Magic Wand.

  15. Reading thru some positive remarks on how well the US is doing in everything (when I say 'positive', I mean 'arrogant'), well, it all sounds too good to be true.

I wouldn't place too much faith in some of the statistics anymore. Trump has said, more than once, that he "had his own statistics, lots of statistics, more than anyone else". We haven't seen these & it's not how the word 'statistics' is used. For any given subject, there is ONE set of stats.

Also, if the US did have a deep state & a swamp AND, if all the people that Trump accused of being criminal or stupid really existed, then the US wouldn't have even made it to 2016.

It's all smoke & mirrors. Sorry.

  16. CNN, MSNBC, FOX NEWS, CSPAN & every other news channel, PLEASE stop “reporting” on the US’ economy, unemployment & job numbers. The working poor folks are still poor, the paycheck to paycheck folks are still living that & the “middle class” folks are still trying to experience Trump’s promised “tax relief”.

  18. Yeah those jobs are working at Taco Bell Whataburger McDonald’s the low skill jobs that’s because he shipped and deported all the Mexicans are used to have those jobs

  19. Lets see  cheery pickers,  apple and peach pickers,  part-time $10 hour jobs,  these aren't jobs its  low over work  wage labor

Obama is ugly crying right now!..
    #TRUMP2020 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  21. Ya where are all these so called jobs at?? Are these just part time minimum wage jobs? Or actually full time career jobs?

  22. DH Griffin Greensboro NC. Cleaned up the 911 mess. Hiring like crazy 20 an hour out the gate. Just go near a construction site you better not want a job making less than 16 an hour. Miller pipeline begging for help. Every contractor I know in Charlotte Greensboro Winston Salem NC absolutely begging for help. If you can’t get a decent job just a decent job you must not wanta work. So blow that up someone else’s 🐎. I am 42 making the most money I ever made and people throwing work at me. Thank you 🙏 trump. I went from make $13.50 an hour for 10 years to 28 since the TRUMP got in.

  23. I don't have time for bipolar economies. What I do have time for, is fighting the people who make it that way. It's simple: Give the people what they need and your economy will prosper. And stop calling it Socialism. That's a lie to keep the rich, rich and the poor, poor. Big difference between American Socialism and Socialism in a dictatorship. Although, you might as well call the people blind to what we have now, which is deliberately brought on as a scare tactic. The elites were running scared from Obama. Now they fight back with authoritarianism. It's painfully obvious and it will destroy our country.

  24. Anyone that doesn’t have a decent job these days just plain don’t want to work. May not be something you like but they are there and not hard to find. I am talking $16 to $20 an hour jobs.

  25. ???ok…good job, NOW TELL ME HOW MANY LOST THEIR JOBS???? this is the figure I want to see !! 224000 new jobs and 205000 jobs lost or have gone to the h1b1 visa krap people…….econo is doing good BUT there is a underlining problem……give us the true figures!
I think the unemployment figures R FALSE and r being stretched as almost a lie….ask turncoat commie barr!

  27. This must have been hard for MSN-BS to report this. Not that it matters to most of their jobless, free stuff viewers.

  28. Despite adding 224,000 jobs amid long economic expansion, here is why so many Americans are still struggling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQzdQzyX72E

The Underlying Story Behind the Latest Unemployment Figures. May 9, 2019, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGtY36wq7Fs

Trump’s Tax Cut Hasn’t Done Anything for Workers, Wages were supposed to rise. Instead, they’ve fallen. — Bloomberg, Noah Smith, https://goo.gl/D6dDha

“It doesn’t matter if unemployment’s at 3.9 percent if their wages are low, they don’t have health care and they can’t afford to send their kids to school." — Richard Trumka, Commentary at Christian Science Monitor Breakfast, https://tinyurl.com/ybkv35ev
    'Labor, 'Union, 'three jobs

"When people are working at minimum-wage jobs that won't support them, or they're working two three or four jobs to try to pay the rent and keep food on the table, then simply saying the unemployment figures have gone down just doesn't get you there. The way I see this, is the “lived experiences” of most hardworking Americans across this country are not improving under the Trump administration. What's happening to them is they're still stuck with flat incomes and rising core expenses. And the Trump administration is helping drive up those [core] expenses [of hardworking Americans across this country].” — Senator Elizabeth Warren, https://youtu.be/_odJxjFQ1kk

"In 1970, it turns out that less than 10% of Americans were earning less than their parents at a similar age. By 2010 50% were earning less. The perception that each generation would be better off than their parents has arguably been at the heart of western civilization for the past 150 years or more. It is no longer believable or believed."
    — Stephen Holmes, "How Democracies Perish," in Case R. Sunstein, Can It Happen Here?, HarperCollins, New York, https://goo.gl/L4yJLk

"As Bernie Sanders correctly notes, 40 percent of Americans don’t have $400 on hand for an emergency – a brake job, for example, costs $567 on average for both axles – and 43 percent of Americans (50 million households) can’t afford to meet their basic monthly expenses. That figure lags behind those of other developed nations, even among working-age Americans. If our figure matched Great Britain’s, for example, more than 11 million additional Americans would be working or job-hunting today. Citizens in other advanced economies aren’t likely to envy our healthcare “system,” either. It’s a partially-privatized madhouse that leaves tens of millions uninsured, many millions more under-insured, and most of us subject to thousands of dollars of medical expenditure – often without warning." — Richard Eskow, Public policy analyst, Senior Fellow at the Campaign for America's Future, July 30, 2018, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbiDiRbNwDU

"We didn't rescue the economy…we created a recovery for the rich'" — Richard Eskow, https://youtu.be/VbiDiRbNwDU?t=2m23s

  29. a lot of low paying temp, underemployed part time, seasonal retail, and low paying full time jobs. Wages and incomes remains flatlined while cost of living for middle class people went up 30%

  30. Trump shatters expectations again! Fed lowered interest rates for Obama to maintain 1.5% annual recovery rate (slowest recovery in US history); just like affirmative action lowered the testing standards for minorities for acceptance into ivy league schools (for the optics of PC). Regardless of a living wage or not, any job beats being on welfare. And we should welcome any, and all easement on the American taxpayer. With unemployment at historical lows for all minority groups the possibility to transition economic outlooks has been substantiated (through the unbiased jobs report), which enables the versatility of job seeking, and career applications have monsooned in appliable sectors, such as health, administration, business management, import and export, pharmaceutical tech, personal training, nutrition, property management, etc. Trump creatd jobs before he was in office(I refer you to the NAACP Award he was presented for diversity in employment), and now he's creating jobs while he's in office. And, I suppose he'll be doing wellafter he leaves office. Numbers don't lie, people do.

  31. Trump could cure cancer and m.s.n.b.c. would bash him within the hour , Your headline would read " Trump thinks he's God now ?"

  32. Americans are moving up in the work force and making more money the lower end jobs are needing to people. Green card build a wall regulate who comes in and out.

  33. 224K? wow, that's a lot of new McDonalds franchises!
And how many of those were ven full time, or included benefits?
Oh, and how many GOOD jobs did we LOSE in the same time period?
Fk off with your rt-wing propaganda. We're not that stupid.

  34. Behold the sad faces of the far left mainstream media. They actually feel angry when the US economy is strong 😎.

  35. In N Out, McDonalds, Carl’s Jr., Taco Bell, Manpower Temp Agencies, Papa Johns Pizza, etc must be hiring a lot of part time workers this summer after school is out for the 2 month summer recess

  37. Great news. But 912,000 more new jobs were recreated in last 29 months of Obama term than 1st 29 months of Trumps. 10 years of steady growth.

  38. unemployment is a joke with how they calculate it. They push you out of the workforce then say he’s not looking anymore so we won’t count him. Corporate America is so racist and facist who wants to work for them anyway.

  39. Current economics have become obsolete. Obama did all of the right things if you go by current mostly Keynesian economic models. With $10 trillion of overall deficit spending, $3 trillion of QE, and near zero interest rates it was like flooring the accelerator. It didn't work because Obama had his other foot on the brakes. He insisted on taking huge volumes of money from the economy, mostly from the rich and middle class, to distribute to the poor. He also added volumes of new regulations and created a very uncertain policy environment. Economists have to go back to their drawing boards and figure out how to include in their supposedly predictive models important variables that can’t be quantified, like regulation and business confidence. In the meantime don't play with what has worked the first two-and-a-half years of the new administration, and let Trump use his fifty years of street smarts building businesses and creating jobs. That has been the key to MAGA and IT IS WORKING!

  40. As is with any constant economic growth, especially when that growth continues for an exaggerated time frame, there is sure to be a recession of some kind. Whether that recession is short or long lived, is the uncertainty. Much of it has to do with the wildly foreign trade deficit Barry provided, basically unrestricted illegal migration, numbers of people wrongly receiving free government paychecks, flagrantly unnecessary past government spending, fears of another war and the extremely, ever increasing costs of providing law enforcement, due to the lack of Americans willing to work in the field of LE. LEOs don't get paid enough for the job they provide, but salaries are going up fast, because cops don't want to work with both hands tied behind their backs. With the stock market as it stands right now, 99% of dems are claiming that Barry is responsible for ABSOLUTELY ALL of this great growth, but every time the market drops 400-500 points in any given day, dems are quick to point out that it's Trump's fault, while when the market goes back up 800 points 2 days later, it is again suddenly Barry's achievement. Dems all make sure they credit Barry, with all of this job growth we have in America also. Just wait though. If any month reports even 1 less job, President Trump will be the culprit.

  41. We need to make higher education AFFORDABLE and more accessible to those who want to advance their career. That is the issue here. There is demand for positions in healthcare, technology, ect BUT very few people are educated enough to take those higher paying jobs. If you are a young person fresh out of high school and need to somehow financially support yourself you CANNOT afford the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars of student loan debt if you're at a job that pays 15-19k a year. Then you got those "technical" colleges like ITT Tech which SCAMMED people out of THOUSANDS of dollars of money and their "degrees" were not worth anything LOL When you graduate HS and find yourself destitute because you were in foster care your choices are Walmart, Mcdonald's, or Wendy's….

  42. The GDP and stock market are not good indicators of how well the economy is doing for average Americans. The unemployment rate is a sham and doesn't account for those who have stopped looking for work; the real unemployment rate is much higher. Jobs have been shipped overseas at an even faster rate since Trump was elected. The middle class is shrinking as the gap between rich and poor continues to widen. More than 40 percent of Americans can't afford basic necessities like rent and food. Most Americans aren't saving enough for retirement and nearly half will retire broke. Americans owe more money than ever and most are currently in debt. Americans born into poverty are more likely than ever before to stay that way. Almost 20 percent of Americans can't afford or access needed healthcare. Wages remain stagnant while the cost of living continues to grow. Experts are predicting another recession will happen soon, possibly even before the election. The economy is the result of long-term trends, not the result of a single president's policies. It's wrong to give Trump all the credit for points of success in the economy, just as it would be wrong to blame him for all of its failures.
